Betsy Beltoise (ベルトワーズ ベツィーベルトワーズ ベツィー) is a supporting character in the series. She is the student council vice president of Shuchi'in Academy's sister school in France.

Appearance

She is a young girl with wavy deep purple hair and wears the standard uniform for her school. She also sports bright purple lipstick.

Personality

Betsy is a highly skilled debater, and is known as "Betsy the Wound-Licking Dagger" who reduces people to tears with her quick wit and sarcasm. Others almost need to throw up from her insults.

History

The principal of Shuchi'in wanted to use her in order to test Miyuki Shirogane's competence as president. Betsy was told not to go easy on him. She approached him and started to insult him in french. But since he couldn't understand her, he simply confirmed what she said. This surprised her and she tried even harder. Then Kaguya Shinomiya showed up and used that same sarcasm on Betsy, leaving her to run away terrified. She thinks all japanese girls are like that.
